The atmosphere was incredible. It was extremely difficult to get a seat in the main dining room, even booking as soon as the times became available (a week in advance). HOWEVER, the bar area was fun and my waitress was really nice and accommodating. She even brought me the main menu to order from so I really didn't need the dining room seating anyway. I started out with the alcohol because I was in Chicago on vacation and I do whatever I want when I'm on vacation . The restaurant has its own version of the French 75 where they use a whisky instead of gin. One of those had me feeling myself more than Beyoncé in 2016. I moved on to something more basic and ordered 3 espresso martinis All three were life changing For dinner I had braised beef meatballs, focaccia and lamb stuffed pasta. Everything was delicious! I then washed it all down with an aperol spritz. Will I be back. Yes... yes I will. I love Chicago and I love this restaurant. Be prepared to spend money Oh one annoying thing that didn't impact my rating was the couple next to us that ate each other's face and tongue the whole night ‍

I graduated from college this year but Tre Dita was hands down the highlight of my year. When I search for a good memory, I cry every-time I think about how delicious that meal was. Let's start with the Focaccia Bianca. It was simply the most delightfully fluffy piece of bread. We also ordered the Bruschetta Classica and Oh Mon Dieu!!! The tomatoes were ridiculously fresh and bursting with flavor and I was so pleasantly delighted with every bite. I stuffed a fork full of the Focaccia and Burratta E Crudo and ascended into heaven. What's essential for your experience is the ability to appreciate simple, decadent, and fresh food. The Linguine Al Limone was very tasty. It had a strong lemon flavor which again you can actually taste the quality of the food. Same for the pesto and the Rigatoncini All'Arrabbiata (which I butchered the hell out of pronouncing). Very tasty and simple fare with a hefty but honestly worth it price tag. We had the NY Strip too (the less expensive one) and it was beautiful. The starwas that Godsend Tiramisu. And to think I didn't get the chocolate cake too. Get everything don't be like me get it all twice. It was so dreamy. The Espresso was top notch and I will never forget the flavor so long as my taste buds remain in tact. Honestly can't wait to go back in the new year. It was a 1000/10 experience that I hope I experience again soon because I so desperately crave the appetizers and dessert.

LOVED the fresh made pasta! Very chewy and not at all too Al Dente like Alla Vita! Portions were a biittttt small but amazing flavors. Between the two of us girls we ordered the 8oz steak and two pastas and we were able to finish! (Stuffed of course but not to the point where we would throw up yet). We also had a very delicious chocolate cake and pistachio ice cream for dessert. Drinks were really yummy too and ambiance was great! Loved this place!

Phenomenal food and phenomenal service! This is one of the best meals I've ever had in Chicago! Be ready to spend a pretty penny and get your reservations in advance!! They book up fast, but it's because they are SO GOOD. They were packed on a Thursday night but the ambiance still felt cozy and alive. Every single thing we ordered was outstanding. We especially recommend the mushroom risotto (black truffle was in season and paired excellent with it) and the torta della nonna dessert. Cannot say enough good things!! Everything was perfect. It was a fun, fancy date night and we were talking about how great it was all night!

My absolute new favorite for me now. I have been raving about my dining experience here to everyone and everyone. I came to celebrate my wedding anniversary and I am so glad we had the dining experience, the unbelievably amazing food, and the ambiance! If only getting reservations were easier to get! Honestly, would not mind waiting an hour or so as a walk in if that's possible. Promise, that would be worth it. Anytime I'm in need of a spot to impress guests or just treat myself, I am coming here. Never again will I ever have non fresh pasta. Thanks for raising my pasta standards!

WOW! Very Impressed with Tre Dita! I'm not one to ever choose pasta as a main dish at a restaurant, but at Tre Dita, that all changes. Went with my girlfriends for GNO and upon walking to the actual restaurant, I immediately noticed the tall windows overlooking the Chicago river. The restaurant is very romantic with dim and warm lighting, perfect for a special date night. The pasta is incredible here, specifically the Pesto Bastarde, which is a Pesto Lasagna. Ive never tried anything like this, fresh but hearty at the same time. We also ordered the SCHIACCIATA BIANCA, LA PANZANELLA, GNUDI DI SPINACI and the NEW YORK STRIP. The food was all very good and I just have to highlight the Pesto Bastarde and the La Panzanella. I would definitely order these two items again. Our waitress was awesome and treated us really well. She was very informed about the menu and answered any questions we had. To top off the night, we shared the Tiramisu which was great and tasty! This is no ordinary place to go as the prices can get expensive, but for a special night, it's definitely worth checking out

The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional and the place is absolutely gorgeous with its big open windows and green velvet seats! We started with the schiacciata Bianca, of course as it came highly recommended, which was so soft and fluffy and very oily - we saved some for the pastas later which was a good idea since it was pretty big. The fiori di zuc a was also recommended and was somewhat different than expected, but the ricotta was really good. For pastas we did the duck ragu which was the most recommended and the tortellacci. Both were really good. The ragu was tender and flavorful, though I usually like my noodles a little less aldente. The tortellacci had really tasty mortadella and a nice brown butter sauce that really complimented it! And to finish off the meal, I got a little birthday treat!

I've been to Tre Dita twice this year...once on a date and the next with colleagues. Both times have been great as the food, drinks, atmosphere and service has been on point or more both times. Located in the St. Regis Hotel right at the very end of upper Wacker Dr overlooking Navy Pier and Lake Michigan. Bar scene is nice as if you want to get a bar seat without doing a table reservation, its best to get there between 4-5pm. Both times I have dined in the bar area. The first time, my date was late so we wound up getting a nice table in the back corner, looking out at the lake...very cool and the only time someone being late as hell benefitted me lol! The next time with colleagues, we got a nice table in the general area. Drinks are awesome as I've had the Golden Siren (their best), Blanco Bianco Amargo (decent mezcal and tequila drink) The Dita (a very good manhattan) and the Il Tempo Vola (a good old fashioned). The food is a chef's kiss! The Schiacciata Bianca bread is very tasty and can be an appetizer in itself. Gamberi in Salsa verde is good Burrata e Crudo...the prosciutto was muah! Cacio E Pepe...very good! Tagliatelle al Ragù...outstanding New York Strip w/yukon gold potatoes...all I can say is damn!!! so good! Very cool space with dope vibe! Service is always on point! Bar masters are always knowledgeable about their cocktails in which most of them are very good! If you wanna see them make the pasta while you wait, you can walk around the host table to the left and take a peak. If you haven't been, get here!

We weren't able to get a table in the main room but ended up on the bar side which i was sad about. BUT EVERYTHING else made up for that. When i tell you a time was had, a time was had! We came to celebrate my mom birthday and we had a great time. The pastas were absolutely delicious and made fresh. My favorite were the short rib meatballs and the pappardelle con ragu pasta. We were fighting over the plates. Still thinking about those dishes. The drinks were also very good. And the deserts hit the spot. Service was really good and Darma was the best. She was so funny and really gave us a great experience. She brought out bday desserts for all of us. The ambiance is very classy and is in the St.Regis Hotel. Very upscale. Only downside is there is only 1 stall for the bathroom. But other than that I would highly recommend coming here. I can't wait to come back.
